Introduction to Soccer
55 minutes of introductory skills and drills for kids new to the game. Ages 3 through 9.

Our program maintains low coach-to-child ratios to ensure every participant receives personalized guidance and support. With a focus on comfort, confidence and ball familiarity, players will learn core skills through fun games and drills.

Development Program
The U7s–U12s development program, the priority is building strong individual skills in a positive, encouraging environment. Ages 6-12.

With the aim to gain mastery over ball control, dribbling and passing over the course of the session. Coach Oakley's thoughtful curriculum will teach an effective first touch and the ability to play under pressure. Coaches emphasize guided discovery and fun, allowing athletes to learn through engaging challenges. We also incorporate age-appropriate competition to help develop confidence and resilience. Every player is supported at their own pace, ensuring they feel motivated, capable, and excited to learn.
We pride ourselves on offering small, focused group instruction for enhanced individual development. These focused sessions will prepare you to make a positive impact on the season ahead.

Advanced Training
The U13s–U16s+ advanced training program supports players from basic skill development to becoming well-rounded, physically prepared athletes.

An 85-minute advanced soccer training session blending high-level technical work with soccer-specific strength and conditioning for complete player development.
Training focuses on advanced technical refinement, strength and agility conditioning, and a deeper tactical understanding. Players are encouraged to think creatively and make decisions under pressure as they prepare for faster, more structured competition. Our coaching approach challenges athletes while ensuring they feel supported every step of the way. We pride ourselves on offering small, focused group instruction for enhanced individual development.
This program is ideal for players competing at higher levels and those who want to sharpen both their physical and mental game.

Speed, Agility, & Power Training for Athletes
Athletes train to move well, perform confidently, and stay resilient through every season

Sessions focus on building strength, speed, power, and durability through structured, progressive training. Whether you’re in-season or off-season, this class supports injury prevention and improved athleticThis 1-hour Athletic Performance class is designed to improve complete athletic ability, including speed, agility, stability, endurance, and movement efficiency. Sessions emphasize proper mechanics, quality movement patterns, coordination, and conditioning to support injury prevention and long-term durability. Athletes develop a stronger, more resilient body while improving their ability to accelerate, change direction, and perform effectively under fatigue. Training is adaptable for all ages, sports, and experience levels, and is appropriate for both in-season and off-season athletes

Positional Clinics - Striker, Midfielder, Defender
Training to sharpen tackling, positioning, passing, and quick transitions between defence and attack.

Striker Clinic
Striker training builds confident, creative goal‐scorers who know how to find space, finish in different ways, and impact the game even without the ball. Sessions include finishing techniques, movement patterns, 1v1 attacking, and combination play.
Strikers focus on making different types of attacking runs, receiving balls in dangerous areas, finishing from multiple angles and distances and quick decisions under pressure.
Defenders & Midfielders Combined Clinic:
This session brings defenders and midfielders together in a competitive, game‑realistic environment where both groups learn how to break lines, apply pressure, and solve pressure. Midfielders work on receiving under pressure, scanning, turning out, and playing forward through organized defensive units. Defenders focus on building out from the back with confidence, using angles, body shape, and smart decision making to bypass the midfield press. Every activity is designed to feel like real match moments, helping players understand how their position interacts with the other and how to stay composed while creating or denying space.

Goalkeeper & Strikers Combined Clinic
Goalkeepers and strikers push each other in high-intensity drills focused on sharp reactions, powerful shots, and confident decision-making in front of goal.

The clinic brings strikers and goalkeepers into the same session to train the moments they face most often in real games. Players warm up together, split into position-specific groups to work on proper technique, then come back together for a high-tempo finishing and shot-stopping scenarios that feel like live match play. Strikers focus on making different types of attacking runs, receiving balls in dangerous areas, finishing from multiple angles and distances and quick decisions under pressure. Goalkeepers focus on footwork, angles, and positioning. Clean handling and controlled parries. GK will also focus on reading strikers body shape and cues, positioning for different angles and distances, 1v1 decision-making: hold,block or spread, dealing with rebounds and second actions and distribution under pressure

Soccer skills class at The Soccer Station gives players a focused, high‑energy environment to sharpen the core technical abilities they need to grow in the game

The program is built around short, engaging activities that keep players moving, thinking, and touching the ball from start to finish. It’s designed for all levels, with coaching that meets each player where they are while still challenging them to improve.
